On Monday, we had a field trip to Adler Planetarium. The students had a great time learning about space! We started a new unit last week: Wind and Water. We will be learning about weather and the earth's environment during this unit. We learned about wind and did our own paintings using straws and air from our lungs to move the paint around on the paper.
On Halloween, the 8th grade students helped us as we made our skulls for Dia de los Muertos. Last Tuesday, we continued our celebration of Day of the Dead by sharing some special bread call pan de los muretos. We had a great party in the afternoon. Students played games in our classroom and then we joined up with 8th grade to color our skulls for Day of the Dead. Check out the fun pictures below!
Halloween is always a fun and exciting day for Preschoolers! Check out some of the fun things that we did today!
