We had such a great day on Friday! We learned about Groundhog Day. We watched some amazing performances at the school's talent show. And we celebrated 80s day. It was also teacher appreciation day. What a great week we had!

This morning, the preschoolers made predictions about whether or not the groundhog would see his shadow. Then, we watched some of the ceremony in which Punxsutawney Phil emerges. We talked about how an animal can't really control the weather but it is a fun tradition.
The result? It looks like we're in for some more winter! Do you follow Epiphany on Facebook? Did you see the newest post? There is a bulletin board contest going on right now, and if our class wins, we get ice cream!!
It's easy to vote. Simply go to Epiphany's post about the bulletin board contest. And "like" our classroom's photo in the post. Today, our preschoolers made several thank you cards to thank individuals who have done so much to make our school the amazing place that it is! It was also sports day. Our preschoolers really seemed to love this out-of-uniform day!
