Last week, our preschoolers had the chance to do some programming with our Bee-bot robot (who, with the addition of ears became Bunny-bot!). In small groups, our preschoolers took turns choosing a spot for an Easter egg on our Bee-bot mat. Then, they took turns choosing where Bee-bot (or Bunny-bot) would start from on the grid. After the egg and the robot where in their places, the preschoolers worked together to choose a path for the robot to take so that it could reach the egg. It was a lot of fun! I'm so impressed with how well our preschoolers worked together to solve the problem.
