Yesterday, we celebrated the Lunar New Year and learned about how people celebrate Chinese New Year. We watched a video that taught us about different foods that people eat during this time and different traditions. We also saw a video of a dragon dance during a Chinese New Year parade! Then, we rotated among different stations. We colored pictures, we attempted to use chopsticks to pick up M&M candies, and we worked on making a dragon! When our dragon was complete, was made our own parade in the hallway! We had such a fun day!
